Returns and Exchange Policy – Creative Leathers India

At Creative Leathers India, we value customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. Below are our guidelines for returns and exchanges for our range of leather items, including traveling bags, wallets, cardholders, and belts.

Returns Policy

Returns are acceptable only in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defects in the product.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product.

Steps for Return:

1. Send the product back to us along with your order number.
2. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
3. If approved, a credit note will be issued.

Important Details:

• The credit note will be valid for 30 days.
• Sale or discounted purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
• Customized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Please review product details carefully before making a purchase.

Exchange Policy

We do not provide refunds on any product. However, exchanges are available for products of the same value, subject to stock availability. Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Steps for Exchange:

1. Email us at [email protected] within 2 days of product delivery to request an exchange.
2. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange Conditions:

• Products should be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact.
• Include your name, address, contact number, order ID, and details of the product size or type required in the return parcel.
• Exchanges will only be processed once per order.
• Customers will receive a product equal to the value of the exchanged item, minus shipping costs (both to and fro).

Shipping Costs:

• The cost of shipping (reverse pickup and delivery) for the exchange must be borne by the customer.
• Exchanges will be dispatched only after we receive and inspect the original product.
